Completed in 2020 The Sail House is located in Bequia, St Vincent & the Grenadines. One of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean.

Designed by David Hertz in close collaboration with the owners Nicola Cornwell & Mike Wilkie along with Toma House in Bali, the company that manufactured the pre-fabricated structures - six buildings are situated on two acres of land on top of a hill with spectacular views of Mustique and the other Grenadines islands. It was built using mostly recycled materials and covered with high tensile fabric roofs.

The complex includes a main house and master bedroom with a music recording & rehearsal studio, a huge wrap around infinity pool and the ‘Playpen’ with full bar/BBQ facilities, pool table plus gig stage. There are three separate self contained guest residences, a workshop and full time onsite house managers residence.

It is available for hire for photo and film/video shoots and to select artists from all areas of creative endeavour to use - upon application approval.

Incredible house. It explores a whole new living experience in tune with nature. Being up high with no boundaries between the inside and outside offers an extraordinary feeling of space.

Creative innovation of this kind is what we should all be aiming for.
